- How We Use Information — To provide and improve the Platform, process payments, send notifications (in-app, email, SMS, push), provide customer support, and comply with legal obligations.
- Children's Data — Student data is collected and processed on behalf of, and under the instruction of, the enrolling School, which acts as the data controller. Parental/guardian consent is obtained by the School per applicable local regulations.
- Data Sharing — We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with: (a) the relevant School's authorized staff, (b) payment processors (Cashfree) strictly for transaction processing, and (c) service providers under confidentiality obligations (e.g., cloud hosting).
- Data Security — We employ encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, and per-school data isolation to protect information.
- Data Retention — Data is retained for the duration of the active subscription plus any additional period required by applicable education or financial recordkeeping laws.
- Your Rights — Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. Requests should be directed to your School Administrator or to privacy@stemlen.com.
- Cookies — The Platform and marketing website use cookies for authentication, analytics, and improving user experience. You may control cookie preferences via your browser settings.
- International Transfers — Data may be processed on servers located outside your country; Stemlen ensures appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.
- Changes to this Policy — We may revise this Privacy Policy periodically; material changes will be notified to School Administrators.
